Yamaji Art Shipping policy

Shipping is not included in the price of the artwork. Yamaji Art receive your order and then contact you regarding shipping costs. Additional costs for shipping will be processed via credit card payment over the phone. Yamaji Art take no responsibility for the handling of the artworks once they leave our possession. It is highly recommended that you consider insurance to cover any damage incurred during transit. You will be provided with a tracking number to keep updated on the location of the item. Paintings come either stretched on a timber frame or unstretched and rolled up. Please be sure to check the format under “Additional Details” on the product page prior to purchasing. Stretched paintings will be packaged in bubble wrap and cardboard box. Unstretched paintings will be rolled up in a 
protective tube or card board.  All paintings are lined with protective parchment prior to wrapping or rolling. Some Linocut prints are sold framed under glass. Items will be wrappted in bubble wrap, and placed in a cardboard box with foam and include “Fragile” handling stickers. Payment of any local taxes or duties outside of Australia is the responsibility of the customer receiving the goods ordered from our website. For customers residing outside Australia, customs charges may be levied when a package reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what the charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information prior to purchasing. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for the receipt of the works due to the COVID-19 pandemic having an impact on freight times globally.

Yamaji Art Refund policy

Yamaji art do not issue refunds for “change of mind” Yamaji Art do not issue refunds for works received damaged during transit. Please consider purchasing insurance. If there is any problem with the goods when you receive them you should contact us in writing (by email, fax or letter) giving the reason for the return so that we can clearly understand your concern and we can respond with the appropriate action.

Yamaji Art Return policy

In the event that in item has not been represented as true or correct Yamaji Art will issue the buyer a credit to the value of the original artwork. They buyer is to then return the original item as soon as possible and before the credit can be used. Yamaji Art will cover the cost of the postage to return the item.
