Mangkaja Arts Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE COST OF DOMESTIC FREIGHT IS INCLUDED IN THE ARTWORK PRICE. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY IF YOU REQUIRE INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT AND WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST. International Prices are negotiated once consignments have been packed. Mangkaja Art Centre (MARA) aims to provide the most economical and efficient delivery method. Unless pre-arranged, all works will be removed from the frame and rolled and will need to be re-stretched. The works are securely packed and insured in transit. Registered post, road and airfreight are all used. The cost of re-stretching or framing are additional to the cost of the artwork. We endeavour to send consignments at the most economical rate, that also guarantees their safe arrival. We use Australian Air Express or Australia Post. In all cases, you are able to request that we use your preferred carrier at extra cost. Customs Charges Customs charges may be levied when a package reaches your country.
