2.26m x 2.08m.  On flat canvas.

Every year the flat back sea turtles come to Cable Beach to lay their eggs.
This is during October to March. The hatching of the turtles happen usually seven weeks after the eggs have been laid. The painting shows the eggs hatched in the middle of the painting and the sea turtles. All the colours represent the beautiful ochre pindan and aqua colours of Broome’s soil and ocean. It also represents all the patterns found in the sand at the beach and the different colours of sunset and sunrise.

The painting has been a huge family effort/collaboration. With my mother Matilda Blondie Pascoe, three sons, my daughter and I. It’s taken nearly a month to complete with non stop work. We are so pleased and proud of the end result and it has been the most beautiful piece we have all done together. This painting is not going to last long, so if you want it you better be quick.  Painting is located in Perth.  If you would like to see more photos or view in person Pls email me [email protected]  This piece is going to look so so amazing once it’s hanging on the wall 💙💚🐢. Don’t be late or you will miss out 🤍

Can post to anywhere 🐢💚
